The HelloDevice Lite Series from Sena Technologies is a low-cost serial to Ethernet convertor for device connectivity solutions and remote device management solutions.

Application areas include remote management of serial devices and full networking solutions.

The HelloDevice Lite Series connects legacy serial devices to 10Base-T Ethernet network, supports RS232 based serial devices via DB9 serial port and handles serial data transfer rate up to 115Kbit/s.

The convertors have a reliable TCP/IP protocol stack, and can be configured via telnet or serial port.

Management software is provided for configuration and administration, and all units come supplied with PPPoE protocol for DSL connection to broadband networks.

Benefits include: reducing network down-time; systematic management using database system; and reduced labour cost due to remote management.
