The Tagarno convertor board will enable the FCB-H10 camera to be easily used in almost any application including industrial inspection systems.
Other attractions will include the Sony/Tordivel robot inspection system, along with demonstrations of digital camera potential through daisy chained IEEE1394.b cameras, and high speed inspection with CameraLink compatible products.
The demos will be used to illustrate real applications that address customer needs.
The Sony XCI-SX1 smart camera has been introduced to meet the increasing demands in smart cameras, which are currently seeing the highest growth rates within the machine vision market.
Unlike conventional machine vision cameras, images captured by the XCI-SX1 are processed within the camera and the processed data are directly transmitted to a PC over a network.
It provides a flexible hardware platform for OEMs, systems integrators and end users who require systems to follow the ever-changing industry trends by quickly and cost-effectively developing and implementing a range of machine vision applications, without changing specific hardware infrastructure.
In addition, a new Windows compatible version is expected to debut at the show.
