Socomec's latest IT Switch - an automated intelligent power transfer switch - provides a permanent backup for critical IT and telecommunications equipment within the Internet server field.
Socomec's latest IT Switch - an automated intelligent power transfer switch - provides a permanent backup for critical IT and telecommunications equipment within the Internet server field.
The IT Switch constantly monitors voltage quality supplied to critical loads.
If the priority source fails, it automatically transfers the applications to the back up supply without any interruption.
A pull-out version can easily be changed without interrupting the load by using manual by-passes.
Two versions are available: 19" rack mounted or a special enclosure for integration in communications bays or false floors.
The IT Switch has been specifically designed to be easily installed in the most effective place - close to critical loads.
Exclusive Top Vision centralised management software provides an overview of the IT switch and any other Socomec Sicon equipment installed on site as well as full monitoring and control facilities.
The IT switch is available protect a variety of different loads rated from 16A to 1740A.
