A "lean" advocate and implementer for over 20 years, Mika received his formal training on the Toyota Production System in Japan at Toyota Motor Co and Shingijutsu.
He is a Black-belt and Master Kaisen Sensei.
In 1987, he began his own consultancy.
Now known as Kaisen Sensei (formerly World Class Management Consultants), his successful consultancy has facilitated over 360 kaisen implementations in 27 countries.
He is a graduate of Wayne State University, certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), and a member of SME and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
