Proximity sensors have novel defence system
The DOL 25 series is an all-new series of capacitive proximity sensors based on a new microcomputer technology that ensures reliable detection in any environment.
The DOL 40R series is now available in all versions that are certified for zone 20, ie for use in containers with a constant presence of dust, which is in danger of explosion.
Each DOL 40R sensor contains an amplifier and its own changeover relay, and so no further equipment with ATEX approval is necessary.
The sensors, which are made with or without an integrated timer, are available for two voltage areas, 10-30V AC/DC and 90-230V AC.
They are all fixed in a 30mm-diameter cover and are easily mounted in a new ATEX gland, which creates electric connection to the mounting surface via conductive packing.
This makes it easy to earth the installation.
The ATEX series from DOL sensors is very competitive and also extremely flexible in use and mounting.
