TK enclosures have an ingress protection up to IP 67 and metric knockouts for simpler cable fitting allowing between 4 and 42 entries.
There are eleven models in the TK range, available in polystyrene and tough, glass-fibre reinforced Polycarbonate material.
The polycarbonate enclosures are impact resistant, resistant to UV radiation and will withstand temperatures up to 1200C making them ideal for outdoor use and applications where frequent wash-downs occur.

The units are also halogen free, self extinguishing and have a high tolerance to chemical influences.
Polystyrene versions are ideal for less extreme temperatures up to 700C.
All TK enclosures are supplied with grey or transparent clear / smoky covers of different heights, larger enclosures offer up to four different heights providing clearance for a wide range of components.
Each cover has a robot injected CFC free polyurethane seal.
The seal runs inside the attachment and mounting holes on the cover to ensure a complete seal that remains intact during assembly and disassembly.
Access to the unit is possible by either standard screw or external hinge systems.
Installation of components is quick and easy thanks to pre-stamped inserts cast into the bottom part of the unit, allowing internal Din rail mounting for components such as circuit breakers.
Non-standard switches and other components can be mounted using synthetic laminate mounting kits available for all sizes of enclosure.
Enclosures can be wall or panel mounted and comply with both EN 60529 and DIN/VDE 470 standards.
Using Spelsberg accessories the units can also be locked together to create a modular assembly of boxes.
The Spelsberg TK enclosures cover a wide range of applications because of their versatility and compatibility; combination sets are available in the TK range that can be utilised either horizontally or vertically.
Units are available with knockouts for metric, Pg and NPT cable entries or with smooth sidewalls for custom fittings.
For high volume and OEM applications, customised options are available including bespoke colours and cut outs.
