Rotary torque sensor features a novel design that incorporates a digital wireless system

Sensor Developments has made another addition to its rotary torque sensor product line.

The new 01424 series features a novel design that incorporates a digital wireless system.

Greatly reduced electrical noise, 1000Hz frequency response, 10,000rev/min speed rating and high-level analogue output are all standard features.

These sensors are designed to economically measure rotational torque using a conventional shaft-to-shaft configuration for inline placement.

Users can accurately measure torque from DC motors, engines, turbines and other rotary power sources.

These sensors can also be supplied with a 512pulse/rev optical encoder to measure angle or speed.
