Sensor Developments offers a high speed, high performance, noncontact torque sensor for use in dynamometer systems.

Sensor Developments offers a high speed, high performance, noncontact torque sensor for use in dynamometer systems.

The 01251 series features a novel design that incorporates a digital infra-red system that reduces the influence of electrical noise on the system.

A 1500Hz frequency response, 20,000rev/min speed rating and high level analogue output are all standard features.

These sensors are typically used in flange to flange style mounting configurations and can be designed to retrofit into any existing dynamometer system.

Other design features include integral coupling interfaces (eliminating extra adapters and weight), torque and thrust force measurement, and optical encoder for angle and speed measurement.
