the Year

Sprint Electric introduced the award to encourage its distributors to monitor customer service and develop sales.
Performance is reviewed quarterly and a number of factors are taken into consideration.
These include maintaining an appropriate level of product stocks, quality of technical support, monitoring the success of marketing initiatives and targeting sales growth.
