Planetary gearheads and spur hearheads from Faulhaber have also been added to the SpecAmotor database, allowing for 2853 valid motor-gearhead combinations from this vendor alone.

Parker Hannifin and Faulhaber electric motors have been added to the SpecAmotor database SpecAmotor now offers over 10,000 datasheets of electric motors on its website.

SpecAmotor is a service where engineers can determine the best electric motor for their drive application.

The service is brand-independent and free of charge.

Parker Hannifin servomotors BE-series and SM-series have been added to the database, these motors range from 76 to 1700W.

The planetary gearheads in the Parker PV-series have also been added.

A whole range of DC micromotors from Faulhaber has been added to the database, ranging from 0.12 to 226W.

Planetary gearheads and spur hearheads from Faulhaber have also been added to the database, allowing for 2853 valid motor-gearhead combinations from this vendor alone.

It is possible, but not necessary for the engineer to browse through the datasheets to find the best motor for his or her specific application.

When the engineer provides the torque and speed of the drive-application SpecAmotor will match all electric motors to the problem definition and calculate the results within 30 seconds.

The engineer gets an overview of suitable motors plus optional gearheads which are ranked for fitness of purpose.
