Freudenberg Dichtungs- und Schwingungstechnik is providing a large number of different sealing solutions for the series launch of the new Peugeot 407.
Freudenberg Dichtungs- und Schwingungstechnik is providing a large number of different sealing solutions for the series launch of the new Peugeot 407 In addition to cylinder head gaskets for both gasoline and diesel engines, Freudenberg will be providing radial shaft seals for front and rear sealing of engine crankshafts, radial shaft seals for camshafts, all valve stem seals, and oil pan gaskets for all Peugeot 407 gasoline and diesel engines

Freudenberg has succeeded in developing a Simmerring for industrial applications which combines the properties of both PTFE and elastomer materials.
Freudenberg Dichtungs- und Schwingungstechnik has also adapted the following parts to meet PSA's requirements: the radial shaft seals for the gear case and differential on both the power take-off and drive sides, selector shaft seals, spark plug covers, encoders for diesel engines, and all brake lines.
The Freudenberg concept of developing sealing packages for the entire drive train has proven extremely beneficial for PSA.
