Diverter valve takes control
The R04H3 is a normally open, spool type with vent to close diverter valve.
Diverter valves are useful circuit building elements than can be operated in conjunction with other valves to provide medium to high flow switching or metering control The Sterling Hydraulics R04H3 is a normally open, spool type with vent to close diverter valve
With a full 420bar pressure rating, the R04H3 offers high-flow capacity, and as a spool valve it is more stable than a poppet type.
Supplied with a screw adjuster or as a nonadjustable preset valve there are various switching pressures available depending on the application.
The R04H3 can be used as a simple switching element controlled by a venting solenoid valve.
However, as it does not have a controlled drain flow it can be used in conjunction with a control orifice to create a pressure compensated flow regulator.
