Sterling Hydraulics TCAV load control valves are designed with a fully sealed pilot that prevents system leakage and thus increases valve efficiency.

All TCAV valves offer accurate pilot ratio ensuring performance repeatability from valve to valve Sterling Hydraulics load control valves have three valve functions in a single cartridge offering space-saving advantages and minimising installation costs: a direct acting relief valve for overload protection; a reverse flow check valve; and a pilot assisted opening feature.

Sterling Hydraulics TCAV load control valves contain springs rated to 10,000,000 cycles (infinite life) and the valves are rated to 1,000,000 impulse and cyclic duty cycles.

Sterling Hydraulics ensures that each valve has a minimum ultimate tensile strength factor of safety of 4:1.

For ultimate toughness all the valve working parts are hardened for maximum durability.
