Serapid's LinearBeam functions as a rodless linear actuator, but is suitable for heavy loads, long travel or harsh environments.

Serapid Rigid Chain Technology has a proven track record of reliability and toughness going back nearly 40 years It is used in the most demanding industrial applications, where exposure to heat, contamination and debris are key factors

Serapid has made this technology available in its LinearBeam.

Serapid's LinearBeam functions as a rodless linear actuator, but the similarity between it and other rodless actuators ends there.

It is suitable for heavy loads, long travel or harsh environments.

With a full range of available options, it is guaranteed for over one million cycles at full-load and continuous operation.

The LinearBeam has been used in a variety of industries, and most recently in several quick die change applications, helping provide motion to guide the dies over the rails.

Additionally, it has transported nuclear waste approximately 30m, has helped an orchestra glide across a stage, and has been used in steel mill transfer, off-shore skid movement, high-temperature units and furnace loading.
