Safety Media announces annual course licence

A Safety Media product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 25, 2009

Safety Media has launched an approach to licensing Health and Safety e-learning courses to make it an affordable training resource for every company.

Instead of licensing one course at a time, Safety Media will charge an annual fee for access to all 46 courses.

The training library consists of video courses and interactive flash courses.

Key areas of health and safety are covered in these courses including manual handling, fire safety, DSE and the recent addition of the swine flu video course.

Each course features a risk checklist and self test.

Test results are recorded on the individuals training record, providing the company with a log of all employee training.

With the whole library of content available for training within the system, each course costs just a few pence to access.

A company with 1,000 employees will pay around 36 pence for an employee to access a course.
