Online logbook meets EU guidelines

Sensity controller from S+S Inspection incorporates an online logbook and serial interface to meet EU traceability guidelines and the requirements of HACCP and IFS.

The Sensity controller from S+S Inspection incorporates an online logbook and serial interface to meet EU traceability guidelines and the requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and IFS (International Food Standard) The online logbook records the entire product inspection process that can be accessed by any PC on a user's intranet

The logbook can record any function that needs to be monitored, such as product changeover, and the information viewed, filed and printed on any PC on the network.

The logbook records the date and time of each event so data can be viewed in real time or historically.

The suite of data records provides a user friendly, instantaneous view for real-time process control and post-production performance analysis and data records for quality certification.

All sensitive parameters and settings are password protected to ensure security and product parameter data can be checked on-screen pre-production before confirmation.

The control units are supplied with the system pre-installed requiring only the addition of an expansion kit, which can be installed on-site, to access the full capability.

The controller system can be integrated into existing S+S Sensity control units and is suitable for the food industry. Request a free brochure from S+S Inspection ...
