Upgraded to handle working pressures up to 30bar and operating temperatures from -60 to +200C, Samco Silgiene reinforced silicone hygienic hose is available in bore sizes of 3 to 25mm on a roll or as a complete assembly with fittings suitable for most plant connections.

The standard hose has been developed to meet FDA food grade regulations and European standards for food, pharmaceutical and all other hygienic or clean-working industry applications.

Its smooth bore resists material adhesion and a smooth outer silicone cover ensures total hygiene in use as well as thorough cleaning during autoclave sterilisation or CIP clean-down.

The translucent material allows good visual flow indication and a coloured cover is also available to order for identification purposes.

The 316 stainless-steel fittings on complete assemblies can be adapted to suit bore and connection variations in size before being hygienically swaged.
