Samco's new improved in-house gasket cutting capability offers prototype or large production runs of punched silicone gaskets to customer drawings in a wider choice of materials and cut forms.

Gaskets can be produced using 40 to 70 angstrom solid silicone sheet in a range of colours and FDA food grade approved silicone suitable for continuous use over a temperature range of -60 to +220C.

The gaskets can also be custom cut from expanded silicone sponge sheet, offering the special benefits of this type of material, in densities from 16 to 33lb/ft3 resistant to temperatures from -50 to +200C and in red, black or white.

Vulcanised, joined gaskets and seals are also available from both solid and sponge extruded profiles.

Simple O-rings and more complicated profiles with mitred corners to tight tolerances can also be supplied.

Acrylic based double-sided tape or silicone pressure sensitive adhesive backing are available as an option on all cut gaskets.
