The 320 x 240pixel array with a 40um pitch offers a spectral response from 400 to 1600nm.

The unparalleled peak quantum efficiency is 80% at 1310nm and greater than 70% at 1550nm.

Thermoelectrically temperature stabilised, the full featured, compact camera has no moving parts and weighs less than 300g (without lens).

Sensors Unlimited's new uncooled minicam allows inspection in both the visible and short-wave IR waveband regions with only one camera - jobs which previously would have required two.
