Reduction bushes available on line
Available in five styles, including cylindrical, variable diameter and Morse taper types, bushes let drills and boring bars be mounted in conventional as well as CNC machine toolholders.
First MTA has added Brighetti reduction bushes to its range of products available through its web site Available in five styles, including cylindrical, variable diameter and Morse taper types, the bushes enable drills and boring bars to be mounted quickly and accurately in conventional as well as CNC machine toolholders
Cylindrical bushes are available with bores from 16 to 60mm diameter in metric and imperial sizes, while variable diameter bushes can be supplied in a range of nominal sizes from 12 to 40mm bore and 16 to 50mm outside diameter.
Morse taper variants come in nine sizes with maximum bore diameters from 25.4 to 60mm.
Available in slotted, flanged and non flanged forms, the bushes are produced to exacting manufacturing tolerances, with standard range products normally despatched the same day from stock.
