Leading-edge thin-film sensor technology comes to demanding volume applications, such as off-highway vehicles, in the shape of the M01 pressure sensor.

Sensor-Technik UK is making its leading-edge thin-film sensor technology available for demanding volume applications, such as off-highway vehicles, in the shape of the M01 pressure sensor.

With a stainless-steel construction, the M01 has all the appropriate EMC characteristics as well as suitably high shock and vibration resistance.

It is available for use in pressure ranges from 0-60 to 0-800bar, and offers 1% accuracy within the compensated temperature range of 0-80C.

The M01 can be used with a medium temperature of up to 150C at a maximum permissible ambient temperature of 125C.

All parts with medium contact are of stainless steel (1.4542).

In combination with the welded thin-film measuring element, the transmitter has a high media compatibility.

An optional damping element can be integrated into the medium access.

The housing is also constructed of stainless steel (1.4301).

Cost/performance ratio makes this pressure transmitter interesting for series production in off-highway vehicles and for industrial use.

OEM versions are also available.
