The A08 pressure transmitter from Sensor-Technik UK is based on a thin-film pressure sensor and is available with measurement ranges up to 0-1000 bar.
With a stainless steel housing and ingress rating to IP67, the A08 pressure transmitter is suitable for measurement applications ranging from hydraulic systems to research and development laboratories and process control.
The sensor is available with a choice of standard pressure ranges between 0-20 and 0-1000 bar, and non-standard ranges can be supplied at no extra cost.
In all cases, linearity is better than 0.5 per cent full scale, with full-scale pressure hysteresis and repeatability of better than 0.1 per cent.
Output is via a standard M12 connector, with a choice of 4.20mA current or 0-10V DC voltage signal.
The pressure connection is via a G1/4 or 1/4 NPT thread as standard, with other types available on request.
All electrical connections are protected against reverse polarity and short circuits, and the sensor meets the requirements of EN50081-1/2 for electromagnetic compatibility.
The A08 pressure transmitter is suitable for use in hostile operating environments.
In addition to its standard all-welded construction, versions are available for operation at elevated temperatures, with the HT version capable of operation with media temperatures up to 125C and ambient temperatures up to 110C.
