Version 4 of the SoftPLC open architecture control software is now available.
Version 4 of the SoftPLC open architecture control software is now available.
Complete with all the functions of prior versions, version 4 is built on embedded, real-time Linux.
A host of new features are in the new release, including: integrated firewall support; encrypted secure communications with all capabilities of FTP Server; SoftPLC can now be a file access client to a server for read/write of production data to a remote disk; and Syslog messages can now be directed to any output.
