Try-before-you-buy offer on balancing
kit

Schmitt Europe is offering a 14-day free trial to highlight the productivity, quality and cost saving benefits of its automatic grinding-wheel balancing solutions.

Schmitt Europe is offering a 14-day free trial to highlight the productivity, quality and cost saving benefits of its automatic grinding-wheel balancing solutions Through the scheme, companies are invited to have one of their own grinding machines equipped with a Schmitt system so that they can evaluate its benefits under actual production conditions

"At the end of the trial period, users can either keep the equipment and continue enjoying its advantages, or have it removed without owing us a penny", says Schmitt's General Manager, Dean White.

"Once users see the benefits for themselves, they are normally extremely reluctant to go back to their previous way of working", he adds.

"It is simply a matter of cost-effectiveness and fast payback.

We wouldn't be making this offer if we weren't totally confident that our systems brought an immediate and measurable improvement to user's operations".

Comprising a computer control, sensor, spindle mounting adapter and balancing head, Schmitt's SBS balancing system has been designed as an inexpensive, permanent attachment for grinding machines with wheels from 6 to 48in diameter.

The fully automatic unit eliminates time-consuming manual balancing operations, while simultaneously providing improved component finish and dimensional accuracy, minimised surface burning and a dramatic reduction in wheel dressing frequency.

In addition, the system delivers significant cost reductions through improved wheel life and increased productivity - combined with substantial savings in machine downtime and maintenance. Request a free brochure from Schmitt Europe ...
