To safeguard the extensive innovative design, and know-how that has gone into the new range of stylish Cubic modular enclosures, SRS Products PLC has successfully registered its development and filed for patents on certain unique aspects of the product design.

The prestige Cubic concept of its modular design incorporates a number of novel and unique features.

These can be adapted to suit desktop, wall mount and floor standing enclosures.

The moulded 'spider' corner joint provides the connection between the height, depth and width frame members.

The enclosure has good resilient performance under shock and vibration conditions as a result of careful material selection using moulded corner joints produced a need for internal earth wires.

This was achieved through 3D modelling and SRS has incorporated an earthing clip within each corner joint.

This electrically connects all the parts for earthing purposes and the clip is then concealed by means of a cosmetic cover cap.

To prevent the covers from rattle and to provide a level of protection from ingress of dust and water splash, seals have been designed to work in between the spider and frame member ends, along with extruded rubber gaskets that run along the edge of the panel.

Wedging the seals into the extrusion provides the correct level of seal and ways of deflecting the water away from the seal in order to prevent water penetration.

All Patents and Registered Designs have been filed through the Company's Patent agents.

Cubic is a professionally designed product with built-in features aimed to satisfy the demands of the end user.
