Power transmission specialist Sumitomo Drive Technologies has unveiled a new website as part of its global rebranding programme.

Known officially throughout the world from the 1st October as Sumitomo Drive Technologies, Sumitomo's new-look website has been created in line with the design of its sister sites across Asia and the Americas.

The new site features its hallmark product, the Cyclo, with a video clip illustrating its unique principle of operation.

Other interactive features include an easy-to-use online CAD drawing request function and Paramax Signature Service online registration, along with an e-mail news sign up forum.

The 40-page site accommodates extensive information for over 25 standards speed reducers and gearmotors in the company's product portfolio, with full documentation downloads available on a wide selection of these products.

Neil English, Sumitomo's Group Sales and Marketing Manager says: "Sumitomo enjoys an exceptionally broad and diverse power transmission product profile, and this site demonstrates our product innovation and global strengths.

Whilst the site is geared to a European audience, our image is consistent worldwide, with global contacts and worldwide links integrated into our site facility".

Ease of navigability, comprehensive product profiles and worldwide contact facilities all feature in the newly launched site.
