Repeating its success from the last IWEX show in 2001, Sumitomo Drive Technologies will once again be profiling a key product range specific to the water industry.
Among the product portfolio the Drive 6000, newly rated helical and bevel Buddybox will feature as part of key application solutions for a variety of waste treatment machinery including: aerators, macerators, screens, screw pumps, filtration and dewatering, and centrifuge drives.
Offering an efficient and responsive solution to the industry's needs, the Buddybox (helical and bevel) Cyclo and Paramax models will be on show, which have been adapted into applications including clarifiers, mixers, rotating biologicalcontactors, picket fence thickeners and many more.
Benefits these specific products bring include: low noise; energy efficient motors to Eff1 and Eff2; 500% shock overload capacity; standard ratios from 3:1 to 658,000:1; inbuilt torque limiter options; and ease of installation using the company's unique keyless Taper-Grip output shaft bush.
Sumitomo will also be presenting its industry specific brochure, which focuses on the water industry and offers a detailed insight into the Sumitomo product range by featuring actual application solutions in a multitude of environments.
