ISO5211-compliant actuators are available factory assembled to a broad range of ball valves or in kits for field assembly.

Swagelok ISO5211-compliant actuators are available factory assembled to a broad range of Swagelok ball valves or in kits for field assembly.

Factory assembled actuators are available with ATEX certification.

These dual rack and pinion actuators offer a compact design and meet industry standards for interface: ISO5211, NAMUR and VDI/VDE3845.

Choose from spring-return and double-acting modes.

Complete actuated ball valve assemblies include actuators, sensors, bracket kits, solenoids and a choice of the following Swagelok ball valves.

40G series one-piece instrumentation ball valves allow use in environmental applications where outdoor ambient temperatures fluctuate, as well as in heated-process applications with elevated process fluid temperatures.

The valves feature working pressures up to 206bar and temperatures from -53 to +148C.

AFS two-way ball valves feature working pressures up to 413bar at 121C and flow coefficients from 4.0 to 13.8.

Certifications include ANSI/NGV 3.1 service valve certification to 248bar and ANSI/NGV 4.6 Class B certification to 310bar.

40 series instrument one-piece body ball valves offer on/off, switching, and crossover capabilities, working pressures 206bar, operating temperatures of 10 to 65C, and end connection sizes from 0.0625 to 0.75in and 3 to 12mm.

60 series general purpose and special application ball valves are available in a variety of sizes and materials and with a broad choice of end connections and service options.

These valves features working pressures up to 206bar, temperatures from -53 to +454C, and flow coefficients from 1.1 to 130.

End connection sizes range from 0.125 to 2in and 6 to 25 mm.

80 series instrument three-piece body ball valves have working pressures to 689bar and are available for on/off or switching service.
