I/O module doubles the density

The "double density" design of the new SixTrak combination I/O module provides 16 discrete inputs, eight discrete outputs, and eight analogue inputs in a single, compact unit.

The innovative "double density" design of the new SixTrak combination I/O module (model ST-MIX-16880-D) provides 16 discrete inputs, eight discrete outputs, and eight analogue inputs in a single, compact unit The ST-MIX-16880-D joins the line of 25+ SixTrak I/O modules that provide local I/O expansion for Sixnet controllers and RTUs

The small size and convenient combination of I/O types in the ST-MIX-16880-D are perfect for I/O deployments with a modest number of discrete and analogue I/O.

Use the ST-MIX-16880-D in lieu of individual modules for each I/O type in order to minimise required space, installation time, and cost.

For instance, the ST-MIX-16880-D is ideally suited for small RTU or remote station applications.

The ST-MIX-16880-D is "process quality" I/O.

Thus it has a 16bit A/D convertor for precision measurements, and "hot swap" capability for switching or replacing modules in live systems.

Sixnet I/O is engineered to withstand the abuse of harsh industrial environments.

The ST-MIX-16880-D is vibration and surge resistant, operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to +70C, and is CE, UL, CSA, and Class 1, Division 2 (Zone 2) rated.

The module also has Det Norske Veritas (DNV) No.

2.4 (Class A and B) certification for marine and offshore use.

Sixnet also has over 40 other I/O modules from instrumentation analogue inputs to high-speed digital counters to meet the needs of most I/O applications. Request a free brochure from Sixnet ...
