The Syspal Carousel allows product to be on hand at all times, a situation that is hard to achieve with traditional long conveyor arrangements.

By regularly 'topping up' products which travel around a circuit, operators are kept constantly supplied and can maintain a steady work rate in order to maximise productivity.

The Syspal Carousel can be produced in extended lengths to create space for as many operators as are needed for a particular operation, the basic carousel shape being oval which allows a number of operators to work comfortably alongside each other.

Unlike simple rotary turntables, the Syspal Carousel can not only accommodate a large number of operators but multiple in-feed conveyors as well.

With a robust and hygienic construction from 304 grade stainless steel and a unique modular design it is possible to build any conceivable configuration of carousel to suit both production and planning constraints.

For applications in the food industry where hygiene is paramount, the Syspal Carousel has been carefully engineered to allow effective access for cleaning with simple removable HDP side barriers and stainless-steel access panels.
