This year's Altair Technology Conference will take place on 2nd November at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon.
The Society of Operations Engineers IPlantE Professional Sector is inviting engineers to keep up to date in this aspect of their work by attending the third in a series of professional development seminars which will focus on "The inspectorate and its role in enforcement".
The seminar will take place between 1400 and 1700 GMT on Wednesday 29th October 2003 at the Society of Operations Engineers Headquarters, 22 Greencoat Place, London SW1.
The seminar will cover: the HSC; divisions of responsibility; branches of the law; and the consequences of regulatory breaches.
Seminar notes, professional development certificates and refreshments are all included in the cost of just GBP 25 for SOE members, GBP 35 for nonmembers and GBP 15 for students or retired members.
Places are limited and demand is expected to be high.
