Controlflex from Schmidt-Kupplung is designed for sensitive encoders.
It is compact and electrically insulating, works with constant angular velocity and low restoring forces and handles all bore combinations.
The Impuls Plus series is designed for shaft encoders with maximum accuracy.
The series is available in a special compact version with limited axial length.
The couplings with outer diameters ranging from 25 to 37mm come with shorter clamp hubs.
This will enable the design engineer to save axial space.
These short couplings compensate radial misalignment up to 1mm, angular misalignment up to 1deg and axial shaft misalignment up to 0.7mm.
The encoder coupling utilises balanced aluminium clamp hubs, allowing it to handle speeds up to 22.000 rpm.
