R+W bellows couplings from Tandler Precision accommodate misalignment in three planes and with the introduction of an even smaller range, micro-applications can now benefit from this proven design.
R+W bellows couplings from Tandler Precision accommodate misalignment in three planes with low restoring forces and promise quiet, uniform operation.
Their credentials also include infinite life and exact transmission of angle and torque.
The MK series within this popular range already meets the needs of drive systems with limited space availability, but with the introduction of an even smaller range, micro-applications can now benefit from this proven design.
Ideal for inclusion in micropumps, manipulators and medical instrumentation, these new micro bellows couplings are suitable for operating speeds in excess of 10,000 rpm.
The outer diameter of the standard product is just 6.5mm and its length, 14mm.
Models in the range include a stainless steel version and also one for vacuum applications.
All models are absolutely backlash-free, will tolerate brief overloads and have a low moment of inertia.
In addition to the standard micro couplings, special versions and combinations can also be supplied.
