Pushcorp USA announced this week its decision to appoint Derby-based TIA Ltd as its sole UK distributor and service centre for its range of pneumatic servo controlled compliant platforms.

Pushcorp USA announced this week its decision to appoint Derby Based Robotic Tooling Supplier TIA Ltd as its sole UK distributor and service centre for its range of pneumatic servo controlled compliant platforms Pushcorp manufacture a range of high performance servo controlled robotic tools used by many manufacturers such as Boeing, GM, Ford, for Force controlled applications, such as: * Wet Sanding car bodies during painting applications, * Grinding and polishing ship propeller blades * Polishing Aerospace wing parts * Grinding welds flat * Polishing Television tube glass * Deburring * Repairing Composite wing sections The addition of the Pushcorp range of Active Force systems complimented the extensive range of Robotic End Effector tooling products TIA already supply to Robotic Systems Integrators, Automation suppliers and end users

TIA's Steve Tatem said that customers in the Aerospace and Automotive industries are always looking for "off the shelf" active force solutions and Pushcorp have the expertise to supply these solutions which already have a proven track record in the US manufacturing sectors.
