Robotic Tooling supplier TIA has added flexible heavy duty PVC robot covers to its range of robot covers.

The covers are easily fitted and protect the Robots from fluid splashed and over-spray.

Covers can be supplied in one complete cover for smaller robots or as a body, forearm, and wrist cover for larger robots.

The covers can also be fitted with wrist swivels to allow full rotation of the wrist and additional covers can be supplied to cover end effector tooling and services such as pipes, valves, nozzles etc.

Typical applications include water jet cutting, adhesive, and underbody sealing application.

Covers can be quickly removed for wash down or washed down in situ and are available for almost all industrial robots, gantries etc.

TIA also provides a custom cover manufacture for special robots, manipulators and other industrial tooling in a range of materials from consumable paper type covers for paint spraying to aluminised covers for high temperature applications such as furnace tending, welding and metal spraying.
