Vacuum gripper has the sense to find its
load
An intelligent vacuum gripper uses patented technology to automatically sense where products are located and create the vacuum lifting force needed at these locations.
Unigripper from TIA is an intelligent vacuum gripper that uses patented technology to automatically sense where products are located and create the vacuum lifting force needed at these locations This reliable and economic way of improving material handling cuts production downtime because many different products can be quickly and safely lifted with no need to change tools

Robotic force control platform manufacturer Pushcorp has recently introduced a new range of force-controlled tools for use in robotic grinding, de-flashing and polishing automation.
These unique grippers are manufactured from custom extrusions to minimise costs.
Standard lengths from 400 to 1200mm are available on fast delivery; custom lengths are also possible.
Either built-in vacuum generators or threaded holes for an external vacuum source are possible.
Mounting adapters can be provided to suit any robot, gantry, manual or custom installation.
The grippers can be simply mounted on aluminium extrusions to carry them to the dimensions and contours of any product.
Unigrippers handle crates, boxes, furniture, pallets, perforated steel plates, bricks, bottles, oil drums, large heavy metal, plastic or paper rolls, corrugated sheeting, ski sticks, shrinkwrapped food and many other items of different sizes, weights and contours.
Multichamber versions with each chamber separately controlled are available, as are side grippers, with part of the gripper rotating up to 90 degrees, and round, layer, bottle and cap variants.
TIA also provides accessories to ease integration into existing systems and complete custom grippers to customer requirement.
