Lowe aims to raise customer support in New England

North American academic distributor of 3D engineering and manufacturing software, hardware and curriculum programmes appoints Regional Account Manager for New England.
Tech Ed Concepts (TEC), a North American academic distributor of 3D engineering and manufacturing software, hardware and curriculum programmes, has appointed Michelle Lowe as Regional Account Manager for New England.
Lowe joins TEC with an extensive background in technology.
She will take charge of managing and increasing the level of quality customer support at educational institutions throughout New England.
TEC, which has served the national educational market since 1987 with its product line of Chief Architect, Key Creator, Datacad, Surfcam, Z 3D Printers and Laserpro Laser Engravers, will strengthen its service efforts in the New England area.
This will be Lowe's primary focus.
Lowe brings with her over 18 years experience in high tech sales and customer support at PC Connection.
During this time she successfully oversaw the graphic and design business segment as Product Marketing Manager.
She contributed to sales growth while managing business development, sales training and sales technical support for Adobe Systems and Apple Computer.
Lowe said: "My experience with not only selling technology to the educational market, but also 3D design and scientific markets, will assist larger vocational technology and post secondary academic institutions".
"I will be teaming up with multiple departments to assist in finding new 3D modelling and rendering equipment for students to assure that they have the latest technology when entering the workforce of tomorrow".
Lowe is a 1987 graduate of Keene State College, with a BS degree in education and a minor in business management.
She lives in Peterborough, New Hampshire, USA, with her two children.
