All types, makes and models of machines can be catered for by the Repar2 range, or if something extra special is required then TDT can design and supply special purpose guarding to suit any machine.
All guards, both standard and bespoke, comply with health and safety regulations.
The Repar2 range covers a comprehensive selection of shapes, sizes and requirements.
For turning machines, guards range from simple steel and polycarbonate screens featuring a safety microswitch through to mobile and swivelling guards fitted to the lathe's longitudinal carriage.
They include full safety enclosures that slide on ball guides attached to the headstock, fixed safety guards fitted to the rear of the machine, roller blind type paired safety guards and complete wrap-round transparent screenings.
Milling machines are equally well catered for, with a guard for every machine configuration conceivable.
Steel framed guards with polycarbonate windows range from simple designs fitted to the machine table through to guards mounted to articulated arms that are kept in position by gas springs and integral safety enclosures that slide vertically.
There are even tilting guards designed specifically for horizontal milling machines.

There are universal guards for surface grinders that are made of steel and feature mobile wings and shockproof transparent screens.
