Catalogue shows piezoelectric sensors

A Techni Measure product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jul 27, 2007

Dytran accelerometers suit aerospace and automotive applications, offering a wide measurement range.

The new catalogue from Dytran shows most of its range of piezoelectric sensors for dynamic measurements of force, pressure and vibration.

There are accelerometers for use on vehicles, especially aerospace and automotive applications, but Dytran also offer ranges from seismic level measurements to high frequency miniature sensors for very small component vibrations and shock.

Force sensors can be used for impact measurements and fatigue monitoring, whilst piezoelectric pressure sensors are employed in areas where very fast pressure changes need to be monitored.

A range of modal hammers can be used to excite structures in order to give a measured response for structural integrity testing, and cables, power supplies and many accessories are also available.
