A custom-build service is being launched by an established manufacturer of high-strength alloy steel or aerospace-grade stainless steel load pins
Tedea-Huntleigh has announced that it will be providing a new custom-build service for its customers.
The new service will offer specifically-designed, high-quality load pins that meet the unique specifications stipulated by the company's clients.
The service will rely on the same manufacturing processes that have led to Tedea-Huntleigh's reputation as one of the world's leading manufacturers of load cells, force sensors and related equipment.
This means that although each pin will be designed to individual customer's requirements, they will also benefit from Tedea-Huntleigh's uncompromising build quality.
Tedea-Huntleigh manufactures high-strength alloy steel or aerospace-grade stainless steel load pins which benefit from long-term reliability and performance characteristics.
The pins, which are relevant in a range of markets including vehicle, lifting, marine and industrial monitoring, are accurate to better than 1%.
Specific examples where load pins have been successfully employed include cable anchorage, crane overload, winch monitoring, vehicle stability, lift safety and roller tension monitoring.
John Goodson, General Sales Manager at Tedea-Huntleigh, explained that the bespoke design service provides the opportunity for the company to manufacture load cells to the same strict quality levels and also to customers' meticulous specifications.
