Vishay Transducers has been awarded a contract to design and supply special crane load cells and associated instruments for iron and steel manufacturing operations in China.
Vishay Transducers, through its Vishay Nobel office in Sweden, has been awarded a contract to design and supply special crane load cells and associated instruments for iron and steel manufacturing operations in China.
The special 250t-capacity load cells are designed to perform in the extreme industrial environment of steel mills.
The weighing measurement data of the load cells is used to maximise the operating efficiency of mills, and also is a critical part of the safety systems of the cranes.
