A family run business, Ghir Electrical has sold accessories from Clipsal, a brand of Schneider Electric, for several years.

Indeed, it was the inclusion of Clipsal in the Select catalogue that prompted Ghir to take up the offer.

The company has already reported strong sales of Telemecanique branded equipment, such as 40A contactors, that were previously unavailable from Ghir.

Ron Seehra who works on the trade counter at Ghir - where products from over 100 different manufacturers are sold - said he particularly appreciated the ease with which he could activate the account and also the convenient ordering process that Select provides.

"It's a really good offer with some great deals", he stated.

"The pricing is very good for these product lines".

"The take up from customers has been excellent and we'll definitely be ordering again".

Indeed, Ghir has already placed its second order.

Thanks to the Select offer, Ghir now provides customers with products from quality brands including Clipsal, Merlin Gerin, MITA, Sarel, Square D and Telemecanique.

These brands form a unique part of the Schneider Electric offer.

Ghir, which is open seven days a week, can also take advantage of 24-hour turnaround on goods ordered, free deliveries of orders over GBP 75, technical support and marketing support.

Select catalogue products comply with the latest legislative directives and recommendations.

"Our customers will be reassured to be able to rely on both the compliance and high quality standards in the Schneider Electric equipment", concluded Seehra.

Select provided Ghir with instant credit terms and allowed it to place a low initial order - initial orders of just GBP 500 are sufficient to activate an account.

Select stockists can also gain immediate access to a high initial credit limit of GBP 6000.
