Osiprox sensors from Telemecanique are particularly suited to applications within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, coping with everything from freezing to sterilisation.

Designed to withstand extreme temperatures from -25C to 85C and up to 100C for cleaning and sterilisation phases, stainless steel Osiprox sensors from Telemecanique, a brand of Schneider Electric, are particularly suited to applications within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, coping with everything from freezing to sterilisation.

This equipment conforms to the strictest quality and safety criteria in order to comply with the standards relating to these sectors of activity.

The front face of the stainless steel products follows the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommendations and the product materials have also been assessed by the French National Test Laboratory (LNE) following tests for non-migration of matter into the food/drinkable liquid.

Stainless steel Osiprox sensors provide excellent resistance to high-pressure cleaning.

Certifications by Diversey and Ecolab laboratories testify their high resistance to washing and cleaning products.

For less demanding applications, the Osiprox range is also available in plastic case versions with the same degree of protection, temperature resistance and electrical performance characteristics as those of the stainless steel versions.

For applications requiring longer sensing distances, photo-electric technology is available using the specific stainless steel case versions of the Osiris range.
