In response to the increasing demand for high-power linear motors Tecnotion has extended its product range with a new and extremely powerful model.
In response to the increasing demand for high-power linear motors Tecnotion has extended its product range with a new and extremely powerful linear motor type, the TG-motor.
The TG-motor is by far the largest unit in Tecnotion's iron core programme.
And yet, its compact construction and minimised height make it easy to build the motor into any system that requires maximum power and reliability.
The peak force is 12,750N.
Thanks to the fully integrated water-cooling system the TG-motor can be operated without extra cooling devices.
The TG-motor stands out for its superb heat maintenance and performance, its minimal attraction force between magnet and coils and its excellent motor constant.
To ensure undisturbed functioning the magnet tracks are cast in epoxy resin.
on request the TG-motor can be delivered with customised windings to enable the user to adjust the required speed.
Tecnotion's TG-motor is successfully applied in mass-manufacturing of printed boards, in tooling machines and in inspection apparatus.
