TFC has launched an improved version CD-ROM catalogue that's quick and simple to use, enabling anyone to find the fastener they need even faster.
Containing full technical information on an extensive range of TFC products, most of which are available immediately from stock, individual sections are dedicated to Injection Moulded and Spring Steel Fasteners, Smalley Edge Coiled Products, Circlips and Disc Springs.
TFC are market leaders in top quality technical fasteners and the new CD-ROM provides an unbeatable selection of injection-moulded and spring steel fasteners that are quick and easy to use.
These innovative fasteners provide cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of uses including panel, wire, pipe and miscellaneous fastening and insulation applications.
The comprehensive range of Smalley products have been expanded to include a larger selection of smaller sizes within the unbeatable flat wire Crest-to-Crest wave springs series.
These unique compression springs are manufactured from round edged flat wire and are specially designed to replace conventional round wire springs while occupying just 1/3 of the same axial space.
In addition the recently launched Wavo Springs, created from compact round wire, is an ideal alternative to Belleville or Disc springs where radial and axial space is limited.
Also the edge-wound Smalley retaining ring series, the distinct alternative to conventional circlips, has been expanded to include two brand new metric and imperial snap ring series.
All Smalley products are readily available in a wide variety of standard and exotic materials and, with the unique 'no-tooling' method of manufacture, lead times are exceptionally short whether the demand is for a standard or custom designed product.
The traditional ranges of Circlips and Disc Springs continue to offer an unrivalled choice of types, materials and finishes to suit an exceptional variety of applications and free of charge samples for proving purposes are readily available upon request.
