TFC's new range of panel clips offers manufacturers of sheet-metal products a simple, low-cost fixing solution suitable for installation in edge or mid-panel locations The new high strength clips feature drawn barrels and have built-in straps enabling them to seat perfectly onto both facing sides of an assembly interface, providing outstanding positioning for inserting the screw

The clips further enhance the strength an assembled sheet metal panel and retain their position if the screw is removed.

The clips can accommodate a wide range of panel thicknesses, making them ideally suited for a wide range of manufacturing assembly operations and because they are so versatile, fewer clips sizes need to be carried in stock ensuring parts costs are kept to a minimum.
