TFC has a new range of metal-insert fasteners from A Raymond that are designed to provide quick and easy fastening across a wide range of manufacturing operations The high-quality metal inserts are available in two types of fixing, metal inserts for pre-assembly into fastening holes and metal inserts for pre-assembly onto trim tabs

The inserts for fastening hole use come in two basic types, trim with bolt and trim with flat tabs and trim with flat tabs for inserts intended for pre-assembly onto trim tabs.

Additional forms are also available for more specialised applications calling for specific sizes of clips to hold customised trim panels.

They offer the ability for manufacturers of domestic white goods such as dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, refrigerators and freezers to effortlessly 'push-fit' a wide range of panel and product trim firmly and accurately into place on the final assembly line with the minimum use of tools or tooling.
