Smaller wave springs for even tighter spaces
TFC have introduced a new range of smaller sized Smalley Crest-to-Crest Wave springs to cater for an even greater range of uses, including limited radial and axial space applications.
TFC, which is already accredited to BS5750 Part 2, has implemented several improvements in order to meet these increased demands, placing further emphasis on business planning and the continuous improvement of systems and people.
BSI certification gives independent verification that these stringent ISO standards are met throughout the entire TFC supply chain.
The certification also reflects the quality of TFC's technical support in the supply of industrial fasteners and associated products, as well as the company's work in the design of flat wire wave springs and retaining rings.
"As a customer-focused company, becoming BSI registered as an ISO9001:2000 supplier is important for TFC", said Brian Goode, Technical Director at TFC.
"Although we have met the industry standard for well over a decade, it is important to maintain that quality and reflect the changes within the industry.
This certificate not only provides independent verification of our management systems and processes, but it also demonstrates our commitment to quality from product design and manufacture right through to distribution and technical support".
