Fastening specialist TFC has helped a Scottish camper van enthusiast in his quest to restore his beloved VW to mint condition.
Graeme Smith, from Kilbarchan near Glasgow, had been searching in vain for specialist panel clips needed to complete his restoration project for over a year until he came across TFC's new website.
Using the site's advanced product location software, Smith was quickly able to find a clip that met his specifications.
TFC's sales engineers then sourced the item, sending him a free sample, which perfectly matched his requirements.
Smith said: "I was beginning to give up hope of finding the right clips but the samples TFC sent me matched perfectly".
"This means we can now use the original interior panels on our camper van".
"I only wish I had found them sooner".
TFC Sales Director, Barry Tibble, commented: "We are very happy to have been of help to Mr Smith".
"Although we are used to dealing with much bigger orders, this demonstrates the speed and ease of using our product locator to source components".
