A recent buy-in and management buy-out at TFC is good news for customers and staff of the high-quality fastener, ring and spring product supplier in East Sussex.

TFC is very highly regarded by the vast majority of the customers interviewed.
The report went on to say that "The company has a reputation as an honest, open and reliable supplier of specialist fastener products".
"The products TFC supply is perceived as high quality, as evidenced by low reject levels".
"The company is responsive with friendly, approachable and knowledgeable personnel".
TFC's ability to deliver on time and to be flexible in accommodating suppliers who need stock stored or emergency stock delivered was also mentioned as a key strength.
Martin Clarke, the new Managing Director of TFC , is delighted with the response from TFC's customers.
"We know we have a fantastic range of products and offer expertise and a solutions service that is second to none in the UK and Europe".
The acquisition will give TFC the chance to build on the service it has been delivering since 1960, and expand product lines and services to offer customers even more choice and greater solutions" Martin concluded.
"The report tells us we are providing a quality service and we have plans to expand on our technical strengths and expertise while looking at opportunities to grow the business through inward investment, organic growth and new niche products".

Martin heads up a new board of directors including Brian Goode, Berndt Herhold, Barry Tibble, and Eve Davis.
